📦 Return & Refund Policy
1. Returns:
Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
An unboxing video is required as proof (must be recorded at the time of opening the package).
2. Refunds:
Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
For prepaid orders, a full refund will be issued.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, delivery charges may be deducted.
3. No Return/Refund in These Cases:
The product has been used.
The product or packaging was damaged by the customer.
No unboxing video is provided.
